Protecting the privacy of our customers and their accounting data is important
to us. Your accounting data will not be viewed by anyone here at ABC
Bookkeeping Corp. unless we receive a support request authorizing us to do so,
and such authorization will only extend to the time required to understand your
support issue and resolve it.
During
the sign on process, we ask you to provide us with contact information such as your
company name, address, phone and fax numbers, email address, etc. The only field
that we ask that you fill out is a valid email address so that we might contact
you in case the need arises. The Company Name is printed at the top of
some of the reports. We do not sell nor will we be sharing
this information with anyone outside of ABC Bookkeeping Corp. We will
periodically use the information you have provided to email you with notices
about upgrades and enhancements to our services. Since we offer the first
30 days free, we do not ask for a credit card number when you first set up an
account. If you elect to use our service, after the 30 days is up you will
have to arrange payment via company check or credit card. We use a 3rd
Party Credit Card processor - your credit card info is never available to us, and we do not ever see
or store your credit card info.
We
have priced our services on a flat monthly rate for access to our web based
accounting product. Since we are using a flat monthly rate, we have no
need to run any analysis to determine how many transactions you have entered, or
how much disk space you are using. We will, at some point in the future,
offer options to our web based accounting product, and they will also be priced
on a flat monthly rate.
You
are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login
user id and password. Do not provide others with your user id or password.
If you want to allow another person access to your accounting data, we recommend
that you create a new user id for that person. If the need to access the
accounting data is temporary, then when they have no more need to access your
accounting data, delete the user id you set up for them.
Termination
of service - should you elect to quit using our service, your accounting data
will remain on-line for a minimum of 90 days before it is deleted, unless we
receive an email requesting us to delete your accounting data. At any time
up until your accounting data is deleted, you can resume using our service.
